Lead crews on-site and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to Basecamp's standard of quality. You'll coordinate daily operations, manage materials, and mentor team members across residential and commercial builds.
Bring your experience and craftsmanship to high-end residential and commercial projects. You'll handle framing, finish work, and everything in between on builds throughout the Livingston area and Paradise Valley.
Growing your skills? Work alongside experienced carpenters and learn the trade hands-on. We're looking for motivated individuals ready to develop their craft on quality builds in our community.
Be part of the backbone of our operations. We offer on-the-job training and the opportunity to develop new skills while working on meaningful projects in our community.
